Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback and questions regarding our recent softball policy announcement.
It has become clear that the updated softball standard had not reached everyone prior to the start of the season. We also recognize that some teams recently purchased Pro M softballs based on previous guidance.
To provide teams with a fair opportunity to transition, Pro M softballs will continue to be permitted through Monday, September 14, 2026.
Effective Tuesday, September 15, 2026, only Classic M softballs will be permitted for all league and tournament play.
This transition period is being provided as a courtesy while we move to a single softball standard for all events. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and look forward to a great season
